I have had similar problems with Wren that you mention. It seems that, maybe, if Leonie can't answer your question she just ignores you. I resolved my issue by phoning.

My problem also partially involved missing parts; it would appear that they aren't very careful with their stock control. I was missing an ECU and they finally found it on a shelf and told me 'we were wondering who that belonged to'!!

I don't want to post on a public forum as I still own a Wren 54 that runs like clockwork. However, I used to be one of their biggest fans and have owned about 5 in the past but have gradually reduced my use of them due to a deterioration in their customer service and concern over their business ethics and liquidity. At some point I will sell my last Wren and continue to use other turbines.
