I have 150g or so of flexible PLA here for you - I bought it to make leaf springs for trucks but its more like TPU than what I would consider to be PLA. It does print tires on my Creality quite nicely tho, and won't blister when you try to do more than one like the TPU filaments tend to.. You might need to play with the slicer settings a bit, as the tires have come out a little skinny, and I'd recommend getting some Capricorn branded bowden tube to make sure it feeds properly, but other than that its perfect for your Ender.
