Blades won't spin up - help for newbie
Hi folks. I'm a newbie and unpacked my new Blade CP yesterday. Read the book, installed the battery and "filled" the radio with batteries. All the servo's work but the blade won't spin up (at all - won't even move a little) when the throttle is advanced. I noticed when I plugged the battery in that the Red light blinks twice and then stays read. The Green light does not come on. I've read the book and can't find any mention of what to do in this case. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

Thanks guys. Yes, I charged the battery and am certain both throttle & trim were set to lowest settings and the idle up was off.
Still - no green light !?! Could it be a bad 4 in 1 unit ?

make sure ur idle up switch is facing away from the face of the radio...that could cause it not to arm...i wouldnt jump right to the faulty parts thing yet its prolly just sumthin small and stupid keeping it from arming

As the others suggested make sure batteries up, throttle and throttle trim done. Idle up switch point to the back of the transmitter.
Last but not least, (this happened to me awhile back), make sure the the servo reversing switches are in the proper direction. They are located on the bottom right of the transmitter, "ail" down, "ele" up, "thr" down, "rud" up.
If you inadvertantly flip the "thr" up, the 4 in 1 receiver will never arm, the tranmitter thinks you have your throttle up.
Good luck,

Oh man - OH MAN [] I TOLD you guys I was a newbie. Well, I've never had a radio in my hands so - when you and the instructions said to have the throttle SET TO MINIMUM or the copter "won't arm" how was I supposed to know that the throttle minimum (direction wise) was DOWN ???? I've had it all the way UP as I thought that was the "off" position. [:@][:@] Well, I called the guy at the store where it came from and he walked me threw it and as soon as I put the throttle DOWN, the green light came on
Just thought I'd let you know in case some other brand newbie gets his hands on a radio for the first time.
Thanks again, fellas.

I was just messing around with my helicopter and all the sudden it would not turn the right way…the gears won’t move….nothing…I haven’t even started to fly it yet…what could be the problem? Thanks
