IGOS R/C

Hi everybody!
My two ISDT Q6+ got the same issue. I connect any LiPo battery and start balance/charge it. Elapsed one or two minutes I receive the message error "abnormal battery connection", "Confirm" and the charge/balance stops. I check and recheck everything, plug and unplug but the issue remains. The chargers were updated with the last version on the ISDT website. Anyone can help me?

I've had the same problem sometimes.
Check everything battery type, volts,connections. You'll get it soon.

I have the same problem. Made a new cable, different new connectors--get the same damn "abnormal battery connection" . No manual, no instrcutions as what the problem is or how to fix it. Only keep this P.O.S. is to chart my transs 1S battery. Would not reccommed
