RE: Venom VMX 450
Looks great....
The venum looks great...
And doesn't look like the HK special...
I wanted to start buying the batteries....
What will fit??
Will you offer a PRO version Like your road bike?
I have sooo many controlers. I don't need one...
I do however, like the included brushless system.
Is the motor, and speed control one of your OFF-the shelf offerings??
It would be nice if it was, as then the quality would be very good...
The picts of a diff. brand for comparison.

RE: Venom VMX 450
Hi Guys,
Venomous has indeed been working hard on the VMX and it is looking fantastic in testing. I should be able to sneak out and get some video shot later in the week. I was able to take a bunch of new pics of the VMX and the three new color schemes. Here are a couple of them. Check out the rest on out facebook page. http://www.facebook.com/venomgroup

Man just saw the video about he VMX 450! That thing is killer! Looks wayyy better than the Duratrash, bigger and badder, with what sounds like better hopups.
Gotta love the alloy forks too!
Debating between the Venom and the Hobbyking 450, both 1/4 scale dirtbikes.

Here is a short clip of the bike on a rough field. We are not running at full speed in the video clip just checking things out and testing. Enjoy!

RE: Venom VMX 450
We will have a kit version as well but not a Pro edition just yet.
@Nitro - yes it was, the suspension was at full stroke to keep up and for all that the bike was drivable and pretty stable considering the terrain. I did some full speed passes and it did just fine too.
The track was up and around the loop to the right past the Tamiya track and there are slopes there, never flown there, but most obvious was a school bus depot. Its right accross the street from it.
Thanks for the scale comments, that was one of the hardest parts to get it look right and work!

RE: Venom VMX 450
Nice video. It looks like the rear suspension could use some more damping though.
I plan on buying one after I read some positive feedback from actual owners.

RE: Venom VMX 450
Thanks guys. The rear end is squating under power you can see that in the video. When I let off you can also see the rear end rise up and coast. Thats adjustable for different conditions. That surface I'm driving on is horrible actually, hard packed, loose stones and dust. The bike is set to squat to transfer weight to the rear for grip.
