I wasn't worried about the front bumper.. (you can shave the foam..) But more the rear body post location.. probably won't fit w/ the relocation kit..
No biggie, as I can always change back to the standard location in a few minutes, I guess!

Standard?! You mean, the standard for F103GT or F103GT Courage? (They have different body post location)
I also don't run F103GT standard bodypost, I have the 3Racing relocation kit that move the body bost to the back to better support the shell..
Argh...
Let me know what you want to know, though.... Right now my F103GT is running a touring car body... [&:]

LOL, no point of measuring the current setup that I have.. as the rear relocation kit moves the posts all the way back.. and from the pics that you shown of the F103LM, its setup is closer to the standard F103 Courage setup..
I will go home and take a look.. see if I can find those small body posts.. (but I guess you just need the dimension, so I don't really need to swap things back on..)
Should be able to find the info..
However, I am not sure if the standard F103GT kit (not the Courage) has those smaller bodyposts...
Maybe you should get a Courage kit, then you will have 2 cool shells!!

it cost £32 including shipping from Japan, i was the only person that bid for it! i'm not sure whether i will use it, the box and full bodyset are in mint condition, and its seriously rare NIB (new in box). i posted a pic of the box in the lounge, but i'll add a couple of the contents as well in here.

I actually got it to work . I found a smaller 78 tooth spur gear and it fitted right on nicely . I also had to swap out the stock rear axle bearings for two 1/4 x 3/8 flanged bearings and move the pinion along the shaft a bit . I also used some axle spacers between the hubs and the rear bearings . Entire conversion took 3 minutes , it helps having heaps of spares from the Drag cars . Have not driven it yet but damn it looks fat . Image quality is poor sorry .

No easy way.. you can get the quick release battery gate for M-chassis car and modify it to fit, I guess, but it will require some modification for sure..

Also adjust the ESC to full power punch.. I calibrated it using the soft punch here at the parking lot but that's because the traction here's bad.. but I remember at the track, it didn't have problem putting down the power.. so full power it is!! LOL!
Can't wait to test it out at the track again!

Silvercan, it is gonna be hard for the TCs to touch the F103GT... but when all cars use high power motors, it might be a different story..
