Hello,
Friend and I have been researching on purchasing some 1/35 scale Tamiya rc tanks to start our own little backyard wars.
I've come across some sites but wondering who is recommended to purchase some kits.
We are new at this and I think the 1/35 scale size would work best for us.
What do you guys think about these size tanks?
I'm interested in converting them over to nimh packs or maybe even lipo batteries........
Thank you in advance for the info
Regards,
Orlando

RE: RC Tank Shops/Manufactures
Thanks for the link......
I was taking a look at those Tamiya 1/35 scale tanks. They seem to have the quality i'm looking for
Those for us as starters should be good. My friend has a nice back yard with a section he had for growing tomatoes. He has now taken it all out and whats left is an awesome tank war pen.........
Thanks again

I see that RCCommand is still on the list. I am actually glad. Bill poured his heart and soul into making that business what it was. <div> Some very trajec Things happened to Bills family an he was just not able to keep up with the business end of things.</div><div>He did have a silent partner who was only interested in bleeding off the inventory then finally just stole all of it.</div><div>This left Bill with very little he could ds as the man was a partner with keys to the wharehouse and business.</div><div>Bill told me he was selling stock for months with out every deleting items from inventory. Basically stealing.</div><div>I hope to never see this again. We are such a small tight knit group, we cannot afford to let these parasites ruin the entire hobby for any of us.</div><div>If Bill had caught it in time we may have been able to shift his business uo to me and I would have taken care of it for him. Thats how much i cared about this guy. He was TOP RATE. </div>

RE: RC Tank Shops/Manufactures
Well, I am new to RC Tanks and have a HL Tiger one on its way. I visited several of the links on this thread, but have been disappointed by lack of U.S. suppliers.
By what I read here, I assume RCCOMMAND.COM is no longer in business, is this true?
They had some stuff I was interested in.
Also, is RCTANKWARS.COM still in business and are they reliable ?
Any other U.S. suppliers that have not been listed ?
BTW, I ordered my tank from http://www.airsoftrc.com. Not a lot of tank items, but I was able to get my tank ordered here in the states.
Thanks!
