OK I found it looks like it was one of those ideas that fell to timing issues. The Dock strike seems to have killed it. The 600 was the best looking of the bunch with the Italian built coachwork.

I found it the 600 was a lot better looking with the Italian built coachwork. Looks like the dock strikes put the company under or at least had a contributing factor.
Opel gt
That's an Opel GT! I remember those, the styling was great. Built by a German subsidiary of GM I think.[/QUOTE
.We called them Pseudo Vettes when they first came out. Everyone wished they had more engine, but I was OK with what was in it. Was it a 1.6 or 1.9? I wanted one for a long time, but they kinda disappeared. Later, there was one behind a tire service garage on my way to work. It was there a long time without moving. By the time I decided to check it out, it was gone. Have never seen one since.

That would be the Coronet station wagon. My folks had a 1966 Coronet station wagon (Ours didn't have the headache rack) they traded in for a green 1971 Polara Custom Station wagon.

Reportedly, the fix for the Vega block was to bore it out for iron sleeves and use Pinto pistons in it. Dunno, never tried it. One Vega was enough!

U mean I've been sitting in the passenger seat reaching across all this time for no good reason . Damn ! I saw a camaro at the shops and this olg guy sitting in L.H.S.and this old bag goes to to sit in the R.H.S. and I thought be buggered if I would let her drive but it was a L.H.S. steering .

BJ i understand what you are saying,it's a wonder americans and aussies can communicate sometimes. They sit in the wrong side of the car and drive on the wrong side of the road, and for the most part won't adopt the easier metric measuring system, now that's what you call stubborn. But i understand the automobile as their long way of saying 'car'...we often say aeroplane here whereas they call them a 'ship'....must have been the same confusion back with the 'americas cup' sailing rules which i think the kiwis are close taking back off them
ps barry that was a nice looking car could'nt resist the mg joke though
Dave stop torturing me with pictures of green cars or harleys
Pete, maybe my formative years caught up with me, in my youth I hauled hay on trucks like these two green Fords, we also had a green F-5 Ford and a red Dodge.

Saito FG30B Blade Strike
I had a rough landing and now my engine is making a click-click noise when i turn the prop. It only makes the noise at a certain spot when i turn the propeller. What do you all think it is and should I send it back to Horizon Hobby for repair? Thanks.

The clicking is quite normal, it is just the cam accelerating forward as the cam followers go over the hump on the cam.
liemtran75,, you may want to check it's Tappet Lash, it may have loosened up, set it at .002 to .004,, when mine was set at .002 I could not hear it clicking..
love those Solid Lifters

Popo it's time to unstick your lips from the inside glass on the special bus, step outside and take a deep breath pard
Tran75 you are being hard on yourself,if it was a hard landing there would be no prop and maybe a bent crankshaft.Put another prop on it and fire her up.Dave is right but...don't get to friendly or next thing you know he'll post pictures of lime green harleys or worse, tractors, don't say you ain't been warned..it's hard on the optic nerves (eyeballs)
