It looks a little extreme, but I don't think it would cause a problem so much as not having enough of positive AOA. I use an incidence metter on the wing and make sure I have at least 1-2 degrees positive. That is usually all you need, but I really can't see how having more than that is going to hurt you.

Hey Tumbler, do you think my AOA is too high in the front? I got the front about a 1" higher than the rear.

Very true. I fly off grass and generally they bounce off rather than fly off the runway alot of times before they are ready to fly. I just make sure to keep the nose leavel and let the plane build up speed before making a turn or climbing. it's when you get the nose up that you get yourself in trouble. [X(]

The downside is that the airplane might take off at a speed that is below stall speed, which might not be good. But you alreay know that.

Thanks Tumbler and BillS. I will reduce the AOA to about 1/2" difference from front to back. I had another fellow pilot question the AOA stating the same thing BillS stated about lifted off below stall speed.

Besides the stall speed, if the landing isn't perfect, it will bounce and bounce and bounce......well you know how it is.

XairFlyer...Are you saying you kept the same AOA and changed the main wheels to reduce the bounce. I'm using Hanger 9 2" wheels all the way around instead of the foam. I fly off grass and I think the grass would tear the foam up.
I did lower the AOA to where the difference from the front to the back is 1/4" which is about 2 degrees. It actually looks better as well.

I have 3" foam wheel on front and 2 1/2" wheels on the mains, It now has a obvious positive AoA look when sitting on the gound, I found before it was nearlly negative which made it hard to fly off the runway.
I tend to takeoff on our narrow tarmac strip and land on the grass.
My Turbine Bobcat is setup to be practical and reliable, I have changed the undercarriage legs for 5mm wire and also beefed up the mounts inside the wing for the mains as they were just glued to the side of one rib.
I like the foam wheels as they are very lite and cheap

XairFlyer....I guess I should have mentioned that my initial AOA was 1" positive, which was about 7-10 degrees. So my AOA is still positive but not as much.

Maiden was aborted due to a faulty main gear. As I was taxiing out the right main gear broke at the bend. What a bummer. Actually its better it happened before take off rather than landing. I will have to order some 1/8 wire and bend it.

I fly mine with 2 stroke GMS .76 engines using a Graupner 11x8 pusher prop.
This gives the plane lots of power and speed.

I had one fixed gear flew it with OS.50SX and Jett .50 (not broken in yet), flew ok
but a .75 would give it some go! several guys used tower .75 cheap but runs well.
stock landing gear blocks in mine were poorly installed broke on 2nd flight.
