Yeah, I'm thinkin about it. or I might just keep the 62cc for a yak, and put a DL-55 in the edge, I still want to get one since everyone says there so good.

Trying to get video up,anyway great plane, comes w/good hardware, flies great for me,but i am no pro, tearin up the sky w/no expo or mixes, little wing rock, probably me or my lazy setup,it tumbles like an edge should, seems like h/alpha KE should be better though w/big cannopy, probably just me though, have mine tail heavy so it locks in hover, wish i could give better advice but anything more than my flyin is like work so i am capped on any more flying skill for now,but i love it,no bad habbits that i can tell, might have to wait for U tube for video, they are not that great anyway.

Thats fine on the video, I always use youtube for my uploads, its easier for me. What is your setup? (servos, power system, RX). I think the edge is the way I'm gonna go, it looks nice and I've had my eye on it since they changed it to the new colors.

Ohh yeah, where did you buy the baby Edge from?

Futaba 6 ex,w /reverser on elavator,42% remote kill on ch5,two nimh,s 2700/1400, HD 9150,s,one switch for rec, dont use switch for ignition, just unplug remote kill at end of day, about as simple and safe as you can get, have at least 500 flights w/same setup between all the planes in my gallery, gotta have at least 100 flights on HD,s now, awsome for price,Troy built has them listed again, buy it and tear it up you can give better input than i can, pretty much same plane as your extra,i remember looking at your build/rebuild photos, there is some basic video of v/1 on U tube,Baby is seagull extra 300 ep,flies good, they just stopped making it.

I'm 90% set on the Edge 540, but If I change my mind I might just get another Extra 330L I loved that plane! Or, if I save up enough I'll get both!

Well... I have 2 450 size helis, a CopterX and a HK-450. I also have an EXI-500 (same as the T-Rex 500) and a T-rex 250. ohh, and a busted up TZ-50 Frenzy 3D (50 size nitro bird) To many Helis!!! I also was flying my 63" profile with the RCGF 20cc gas engine on the front. It's been down for about a month and 1/2, I've been to lazy to fix it.

Now, I just spent a few hundred dollars on 3mm and 6mm Foam, electrics, carbon fiber, and small lipos for indoor 3d fomies! Its the season. I also have several Glow planes on the bench ranging from 40 size trainers to 60 size sport planes, but I'm trying to get out of the glow stuff ( I don't like all the extra cleaning and field equipment.)

The hobby shop around the corner just opened up there indoor car track so, I think I'm gonna get a couple cars, 1/10 scale and 1/12 scale. Just to try something new. I think I have to much going on!!!

one of these days I'm gonna get around to repairing my EXTRA 330L! its hanging on the wall with a busted up firewall, left landing gear, and cowling, and everything else is 100% good to go. For now I'm just going to get something new to build this winter so I can get back up in the air once spring comes around.[8D]

LOL, No cars involved this time! I was hovering upside down about 5ft off the ground, I went to flip it over and I had to much negative pitch programed into my radio and I bogged the head-speed down the heli didn't flip over fast enough. The front of the skids kit the ground then the blades hit the boom and tore it off the heli. I was not a really bad crash, about 60.00 worth of damage. I've since sold that heli and got a 1/10th on-road Car now.[8D]

LOL considering I've never had a "real" RC car (not the Tyco or Niko toy ones from my childhood), but flying is my true passion. other than building tons of foamies this winter I still am caught between a few great looking planes. This is a new one that Cyclone just painted up... http://www.sdshobby.com/new-extra-23...ne-p-1063.html

I think it will be great along with this inexpensive 80cc engine.. http://www.rc-fans88.com/details.asp?prodid=1672 its 338.00 if you register with the website and 50.00 to ship it to the U.S. by EMS express. I've bought a few things from this website and the past so I think its a legit buy.
I've heard a few good things about MT engines also.

Yea TVL and TJ ; I know you got cold stuff all around you and I only have a little here. Sure glad to be in Texas but ya'll got the real pretty part in the spring. All i get is miles and miles of barren sore eyesight. Would not trade it for nothing sience I have to work outside in the weather year around. Great looking plane TJ and also I was wanting to know about the MT engines. What little I've read is all good. So if you go that way I'll be watching for your input. I would put the DLE-111 on that plane if I was able to afford the bucks. Keep them plane flying Don
