Welcome to Club SAITO !
Over here they have what's called a patriots motorcycle club for active and ex, service men and women. Here's a pic of a 2016 indian scout bobber i've just finished for a club member.
Dave that sounds like good news geri is on the mend? and what is a d-dimer? the fa62 is a brilliant engine. ps the fa91 benchmark prop can't be a zinger, as you know saito use apc props the japanese are bloody smart you know.
Gary did you make that brass/copper muffler that's been painted black on the fa65? stick around you know you love it
a funny story about my daughter in-law,
my daughter in-law was at work, 2nd shift. some older lady from first shift was working over time so she was working with my daughter in-law.. well the 2nd shift floor supervisor walked by and the lady leans over and says> "that's your boss, he's a good looking man I hear he is married" my daughter in-law said "oh yes,, I know him", the lady "you know him ?" my daughter in-law said "oh yes I went to Boston with him for the week end".. the lady pulled back with a very surprised "what" look on her face. my daughter in-law says as she waves her hand "oh it's OK, I'm the one that is married to my boss"
my daughter in-law is Filipino. one reason why the lady looked so surprised is because my daughter in-law looks like she is only 16, she will be 25 in 2 months

D-dimer (or D dimer) is a fibrin degradation product (or FDP), a small protein fragment present in the blood after a blood clot is degraded by fibrinolysis. It is so named because it contains two D fragments of the fibrin protein joined by a cross-link.
That is a beautiful tank, I am a Patriot Guard Rider here in Va.

Interesting note on the ad:
Only 1000 of these impressive collector items with be produced and they will come complete with a display stand and a numbered commemorative card. Intended for engine collectors as there will be no gold-plated parts available for future repairs.

OK the USPS representative was late, naturally, maybe he thought he was suppose to wait until next month so he could be Santa's helper but changed his mind? Then I had a honey do to finish before I could open the box. So now your wait is over it's open and here it is! F.Y.I. there is a "P" on the mounting lug. Isn't it beautiful! THANKS GARY!!!!
73 Guys
yeah stop at 8000. Lol these things are for strokes with a lot of moving parts.
I re prop them or nstall a bigger engine. They last forever, they last longer and don't sound like an annoying 2-stroke at the field.lol
So scale sounding and mid-range RPM to... And they make a ton of torque in the middle of the rpm curve.

Hmm, how do you think the new Saito .65 I just received would do on a Top Flite .60 size F4U Corsair? I have a partially built one in bad need of rework I traded for a Goldberg Anniversary Cub kit and a NIB ST .40. The Corsair came with Robart retracts, include valve and large tank, and Futaba servos installed for the flaps and ailerons. The original builder for some unknown reason stuck the air chuck for the retracts in the side of the fuselage, still scratching my head over that one. His wing sheeting sucked too. With all its warts it was still a great deal.
Whatever I decide it has to wait until Pinky Saito and the Pink' N Poke get into the air.
Side note: Four 50cc fliers started a new flying field 4 miles as the crow flies from house. The runway is 150' X 500' of grass and I have been invited to join them. 3 of them fly scale Warbirds, the fourth guy is a pattern flier. They are already AMA affiliated and registered with the FAA.

"73" is a telegrapher jargon used by old ham radio ops who still use Morse Code on the air. Also known as Continuous wave or "CW"
The numeric code is a small part of the abbreviations outlined in the Phillips Code (developed by telegrapher Walter P. Phillips). Like many other Morse Code abbreviations it has a certain "swing" or rhythm went sent. Dah Dah Di Di Dit Di Di Dit Dah Dah.
Instantly recognizable to Morse Code ops.
"The usage of "73" for such a purpose comes from the Phillips Code, originally devised in the era of telegraphs to speed up transmission of common messages by mapping them to numbers.
"73" mapped to "best regards" or "my compliments" and was intended as a general valediction for transmitted messages.
It is still used for that purpose today in morse code transmissions and often makes its way into everyday correspondence among hams as a form of jargon.
There is also "88" (which maps to "love and kisses") that sometimes takes the place of "73" for communications between affectionate parties."

Then it's HO, HO, HO on me
I think a 65 may get a 60 size warbird off the ground but I wouldn't expect much more. That TF Corsair would be much happier with a Saito .80 or larger engine. Just my thoughts.
Pulls an AT6 that size with authority, scale authority that is.....
Lest face it. Mo is Betta....

You're probably right. Maybe I could put it on a CG Tiger 2 .40 size I have, think it wold be too much? Its only about a 5 lb. airplane with a 61" wing span.
