I have had a Schulze (not chameleon) for 6 years and it has all the latest charging algorithms (via inexpensive chip upgrades) and it has worked flawlessly and I cannot see that I would need to replace it in the near future. It was a pricey charger when I bought it but, it is the only one I have ever owned.
I cannot comment on other chargers but with critical applications of the batteries we are using in jets etc, the price of the newer batteries (for electric flight) I don't think we should be skimping on the quality of our chargers.
