Default Rossi 105,Exploded View.

Hi Mac, The picture looks to be the same pipe although my stinger exits closer to the tail. Your pic. looks to be mid way? My pipe is aluminum! Inlet size is about 7/8"i.d. outlet 5/8". I do like your idea of adding 2nd stinger. Having airplane issues right now but will be trying pipe again very soon(lengthening) 12 1/8"
Thanks again Rod

Hi Mac, Tried again last night with a pipe length of 12 5/8". Ran it up (5% nitro) to 19000 rpm, before I could begin to lean down, stinger blew up. Yup, split stinger tube where it exits the pipe. Going to add 2nd. stinger and hope this will cool it down!

Default pipe

Hi Rod,I need to see what the pipe looks like.If you can not send me A pic see if you can find one on the net somwhere.Maybe here you can do A search on this site for a pipe and send me A link to it.That way I can give you some more help.If it is a quiet pipe adding A extra stinger wil not help becouse of the restriction of the stinger on the inside(first part of the pipe). If it is a quiet pipe you need to open up the inside stinger to a 1/2" then ad two output pipes. Let me know what it looks like-take care-Mac

Zombie thread warning!

Does anybody still have the Rossi 105 exploded view, or other material on Rossi 105 engines?

Macgyver seems to have left the building and his links no longer work

I have some other Rossi manuals but nothing specifically on the 105..
