Another one successful test flight of F14, showing the excellent design.
Excellent job!
As I know spoilers works with elevons to help the plane to turn.
With wings in closed possition, spoilers still functioning or is off?

If its done per the full-scale, they don't work once the wings begin to sweep aft.

In the full scale the spoilers were inhibited with wing sweep aft of 40 degrees as I remember, (could have been 45-50 degrees). But aft of that only the differential stabilators were used for roll, and above an airspeed I can't remember, the horizontal stabs were also restricted to keep from putting too much twisting motion on the fuselage at high mach and high stick deflection rolls.
Regards,
Gus

Hi Jim,
Can you explain what you mean by a 1.5 degree difference on the wing of the FEJ F14?
Thanks

Anton,
Will two Graupner-evojet Booster 130+ (14kg thrust) fly the 'advanced wing' version?

Another one SM F14 equipped with spoilers, slats, speed brakes and operating canopy, is coming for me in few wees.
I will also use two 14kg thrust turbines.
I have changed some emails with mr Anton and Li Kai and they told me that 2x14kg thrust turbines are more than enough for this big bird.
Thrust to takeoff weight ratio is 1:1 (with 2 x 14kg turbines).

You may want to check the spelling on that fin lettering?

Good catch. Also the fin number should be 01 not 10.
