Whats the largest wheels/tire combo I could put on my TT-01 without having to change the gearing?
Im trying to get it set up for driving on a dirt road and I need some more ground clearance...

What you need to do it chop up the bottom of the chassis to let the arms swing lower. Look at the picture it will show you where to cut out the chassis. Some longer shocks will also help after modding the chassis. I believe the stock ones are 55mm get some 60mm shock.

I would stick with the stock rally size i 24mm i believe. With the chassis cut it should give you about 1-1.5inch of ground clearance.

Would those fit on the stock wheels? (any suggestions on how to get the stock tires off the wheels?)
If not what would some good wheels be?

You can boil them in water and try to roll the rubber off.

hey do you guys know what to do if a tire shreds up? - i was tryin my 4t motor which was geared down for speed as i rigged it up to a water cooler and as i reached top speed(holy crap it was fast! ) i hung there for a few seconds but then you could just here the tire ripping up [:@]so i braked immediately....i really like the rims as the a black chrome and they cost me some moolah - so im looking for the same tire or get a whole new set of tires - but how would i mount these to my 'good wheels'? the previous tires are glued in place....HELP ME

Boil them in water for about 10-15 mins and you should be able to get the tires off and reuse the wheels.

Hi, been reading through some of the posts and seen some sexy cars and i am now very tempted to pick up a Ezrun 9t brushless system for £50 off ebay Please tell me if it is worth it and my tt-01 is nearly stock at the moment just with aluminium driveshaft, bearing set and aluminium bumper plate. S would it handle the power of the brushless 9t system? Thanks

9T brushless is going to be a bit much for the TT01 if you ask me. I had a Mamba 7700 in mine and at diff gears up alot. The quicker KV system have too much torque. But maybe I was just nuts on the throttle. What do you guys think?
