Saito 125 and 100 with velocity stacks I made. I have not yet made one on my lathe. Gary has made some dandies.
Here is a Twofer for your Threefer.
I use the paint shown here, good for 500 degrees, two or three thin coats about 5 minutes apart do a great job.
As to the velocity stacks, I use a carefully chosen small socket pushed into a K&S tube to flair the tube. I flair both ends, the upper just enough to keep it from sliding out and place a carefully chosen O-ring under the flair.

The fuel does not phase it, the dings are about the same as the GK finish. The 56 below was on and off of an RCM 40 about three times, it has some boo boo's. The RCM's fuel tank split and the fuse from the wing forward turned to mush.

O/K, this one will be a "Threefer".
Also, I have 2 each Saito 80 and 91 for sale. Acquired these as options for a CL-415 twin I have in queue, but chose to go with a pair of 82s. How and where would I post these? All 4 were gone through, (new bearings, etc.) test run, then oiled, bagged and stored in engine cabinet..

Got a lot of rain today but the Tornados passed me by. We didn't lose power today like we did yesterday. I had the generator setup just in case. Thanks for the concern!
