eBay. They are 5mm 5v-12v LED. I bought them with the LED holders, but did not use them. I've seem them installed by drilling a hole in the body where the headlight or brakelights would be. But I think that doesn't look good. What ya gotta do is install them behind the headlight/breaklight decals. First you must mask the area around the headlight/brakelight (in my case a circle for the breaklight). I used aluminum tape cause it's easy to work with or you can tape the area you DON't want painted and them paint the rest black. This will prevent light from bleeding in places you don't want. Then just tape the LED to the unmaked area. For the headlights, I just drilled a hole and pushed the just the LED thru into the lens of the Ford GT. I looks great. Then I used the aluminum tape the mask off any areas where light was leaking thru. You can use a standard 9V battery to power the LEDs or the flat round batteries, but the best solution is plugging it to the receiver. Just tie all the red together and the all the black together. Using a Futaba connector the RED goes to the positive and the black to the negative. Make sure to tape all the cables securely to the body ( I used the aluminum tape) and that the cable that connects to the receiver is longish so that when the boby is pulled off it will have enough slack.

I bought the LEDs from 586heathervk30 on eBay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...K%3AMEWNX%3AIT

For $9.00 I got four 5mm RED and four 5mm WHITE.
Used two of each for the E10. Have another set for another RC I'm working on.
The LEDs included the chrome bezels that I did not use for the E10. Pretty good deal.

Just ordered a 3200kv brushless motor, 65 Amp ESC,3300 2s 25c li-po and a 2.4ghz radio today. Kind of new at the electric rc. So I hope this stuff works out. I know I will probably break the stock drive line but I guess that will show me the next weekest link. My car is the E10 LeMans. Looks just like yours xgamer777. I will put up some pics when I get my stuff. i haven't even run the car yet. I'll probably sell the stock radio, esc and motor to buy more upgrades.LOL
Been in nitro rc's for 10 yrs.
Got a tmaxx 3.3, nitro 4 tec, and an AE rc10gt ft.

Got my brushless motor and lipo today . Now I got to wait for my ESC and lipo charger to get here. I'm new to brushless set ups, can anybody tell me if this set up will be good for my E10 ford gt. It's my first so I'm not looking to break any speed records just wanted a quick car. Ok here it is, 3200kv motor, 60amp turnigy ESC (if I'm not mistaken it's the same as the ezrun from hobbywing) and a 3300 2s 25c lipo battery. Alot of reviews say these parts are good, but what do you think on an E10. Here is a pic of my motor and battery.

Im selling my e10. it has only been used a hand full of times. i swapped the 27t saturn motor for the 15t firebolt. it has a modified battery case (to hold a bigger battery), aluminum main drive shaft, two sets of wheels, the sprint 2 subaru sti body.it is set up as a touring car right now but i have all the parts to set it up for drift. it does need a new spur gear and could use the bearing kit as well. im asking $150.00 shipped

integyjato3.3 thanks for the deal! Yeah... Now the wait.. I feel your pain.. Lol!
In stock form, you may break a few things. But just an excuse to get hop ups!
If you haven't already, read thru this thread starting on page 1. Lots of useful
info. I think a few here have gone brushless and it be worthwhile to read about
their experiences.

I own the hobbywing ezrun brushless 13t motor and 35A ESC from hobbypartz.com and it's excellent. It's in another RC.
