RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !
Yep, 7x1mm is the thread size for a Saito .82.
Wanna buy a brand-new, unused 8x1mm prop adapter?
Yep, the same thing happened to me. Had to buy the 8mm one first. Since I fully expect to buy more Saitos, I'm hanging onto the 8x1mm adapter, because that is what will fit the 1.00, 1.25, 1.50, 1.80, 2.20, and several of the twins and radials.

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !
hey all, which one produces more power, a saito 125 or a ys110fz? i love saito and am thinking about putting one in my funtana. i'd have to buy a fuel pump for it due to the location of my tank, so if a ys can turn the same, or better, numbers i might consider that also. thanks a ton!

I think the YS may have a little more power and quicker throttle response. The Saito 1.25 works very well in a F90/X100 and I don't think you will need a pump. I've heard the the YS's can be more tempermental than a Saito, but when they are running right they are wonderful.

Yes, you are right. I checked, and found that the larger single cylinder Saitos ARE 8x1.25mm. Hope I didn't add any MORE confusion for anyone!
OK, wanna buy a 8x1.25mm prop adapter?

A friend asked me the other night if the exhaust threads are the same for the Saito .91 vs. the O.S. .91?
He wants to use the Saito flexable exhaust extensions for his O.S. 91's I guess? (think it's because of a pressure fitting on the Saito flex pipe? )
I know that the threads in the O.S. exh. port opening are 11 X .75mm
I can't find the exh. thread dimensions on Horizon's engine page?

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !
Hi Chaps , Iv recently bought a saito 100 and iv not run it yet. However, I have altered the slow running needle and might have cocked things up a bit. Can anyone tell me what the factory setting should be on the slow running needle prior to running in ?.

Hi:
I am trying to figure out how to replace the bearing on a Sait 82 and having some questions:
Do I need to remove the Cam gear housing? And any trick to make the timing is correct?
Thanks all.

It looks like its 12 mm. Doesn't say the thread but since the OS is an 11 mm it looks like it doesn't matter.

Would some of you folks who have uploaded videos to RCU give me clues on how to do it. Right now it is sitting in Pinnacle Studio and is playable there. Thanks
