ok well, my esc does have that and it really does work, i set up with max throttle and brake, but then i have a know on the esc that i can move for power or control. o yea if you gonna keep that motor, solder it to the esc and deans plug the batteries.

Quick q in regards to gearing. Does the higher number of teeth = higher top speed ? ie would a 22T give higher top speed than say a 19T....
Cheers.

RE: Official Tamiya TT-01 Thread
hey all, just fired up the TT01 and installed my CEN Skion radio in it. works quite well, has a 20T stinger in it , but not sure of gearing. its pretty much all stock with only a motor and exc upgrade. may take it to the track on Saturday and see how bad i can loose with this and the CEN CT5. may need to start looking for performance upgrades.... not sure i want to race this though, may be nice to keep it in good shape.

Larger pinion more top end and smaller less top end but faster off the line...spurs are just the opposite.

Yeah, those will work. But, just a warning to you...rcmart takes a long time to ship to you. About 2-3 weeks....or maybe youll get lucky.
