This A7 looks not bad. Typical product from Far East: Pretty nice paint job but the formers are glued in, it really hurts my eyes..
What is the empty weight?

Yeah I typically spend a far amount of time when I get a models from this region just cleaning out excess glue where I can reach. Def will shed a little weight after I'm done, plus I will be going over everything already installed since these are plug n play. Will be removing all the zip ties as well, never been a fan of using them.

Like everyone I’d like see feedback on how it flys first before ordering one.

mounted the ordnance. I did manage to get the fuel tank out. Three screws on the wood plate and Velcro. You slide it through the landing gear opening. Oh added a pilot bust. It’s from dreamworks. I’m waiting on Dirk for throws and cg.

I don’t usually care for all the ordinance but that looks pretty awesome. Very nice!

I believe it’s going to be difficult to get another tank in the jet. Maybe a small 8oz but the fuselage formers are in the way of everything.

there is a “U” shaped tray that I mounted the ecu and pump. The front gear goes in between that tray.

when is your shipping?

Here's what the real A-7D (ship 982) looked like when I flew it in Vietnam. The Air Force D model (except for the first dozen or so), did not have the refueling probe but had a raised receptacle on top of the fuselage (visible in this pic).

Wow Craig - that's neat that you flew 982, and there's a kit with the exact scheme available! :-)
If I were you, I know what I'd be ordering! :-D

Too bad about the refueling probe. But then again, there's always the Dremel! :-)

yeah I have no faith in shipping companies and expect the worse every time. Yeah I had to pay the same, that's a gift from Trump, he started that back in 2019 so every shipment I get from Xicoy gets stopped and charged because of the value.

You might be able to put 2 BT16 Dubro tanks besides the turbine . The tanks are 6" long 3 7/8 tall and 1 3/4 thick. Dan
