It's really not TBM's or any of the other company's fault. It's the present administrations New Credit card Reform.
Now that's an intelligent statement...or not.

If it weren't for the greatly overly-lax financial policies of the previous administration, including housing, we wouldn't have as big of a problem as this. BUT.. the last 20 years have seen EVERYONE in power loosening things up to try to keep the USA on top. It didn't work. So... now due to unemployment and lack of jobs, ALL BUSINESSES have to be tighter on credit. There are people out there misrepresenting income and not caring about it, even in this hobby.
Keep your political crap out of here. Especially when you don't know what you are talking about.
It was the Dems that caused the housing crisis. Bush tried to stop it. Check it out!

It¨s kind of arrogant to keep costumers waiting like like this when you have bought a plane and there is problems after the sale. Looks like there is somebody that isn¨t doing their job (terribly packing and no support that can help costumers) . The Summer is comming to end and nothing is worse than looking at a plane that needs air under it¨s wings

Have seen the plane "Live" and think that the damages are worse than the photos show and ofcourse you got the landing gear that is missing... Kind of funny that it says so on the box and still TBM has shipped it as a F16 advance with.....

Hope sombody at TBM fix this problem......... This is bad advertising for a company that has had such a good reiew!

Hey Shaun, where were you when this was posted three weeks ago with your "lets keep politics out of these forums" statements and calling people *****es? Oh wait, this is blaming the previous administration so you don't say a word uh? Now who's the *****? What a hypocrite.

You Must contact The Shipper as we told you AND as stated on your invoice!!!! YOU Have refused to do this.

BAX/ DB Schenker shipping- In case of damage the receiver must complain to the carrier directly after the discovery of the damage at the latest 7 days from the date of receipt. Otherwise neither Troy Built Models nor the carrier will be held responsible to replace/repair the damaged good or refund or give store credit for any amount.

I did contact Schenker and they say all responibility rest on TBM because there is no visible damage to the box,

They mean that the shippment was to poor packed.

I also sendt mailto TBM about this , But NO BODY ANSWER ME !

Frederik, Do you feel that it was packed too loosely or not enough padding?

Hi Marty

I think both..

Could be more support and padding around the parts.

Do you still have the original box and packing materials? Perhaps a few pictures of the outside of the box that shows "no damage" would help your claim.
