Thanks Trevor!
The guys i fly with have a running joke about that.
Here is a shot of the fuel routing stuff.

Was playing with the sequencer tonight. Got servos and delays all set up.

Here is a few almost finished pictures.
Today I got the tank plumbing all complete. Worked on programming the smart fly unit. Other than setting up DR's and expo's programing is complete. Gear fail safe all set up. Filled the tanks. Ran the turbine 2 times.
Did a preliminary cg check and its very close.
All that's left to do is mount satalites and make front nose battery mount.

Working on nose battery mount. Luckily I have a former package that came with the new fuselage. So I have an extra nose one to use as the template.
This will be the mount that goes on the fuse side of the nose cone. There will be a carbon plate mounted to this that extends into the nose. Batteries will mount to carbon plate.

So a question for all following this build.
Here are pics of the damaged cock pit.
Would you fix or buy a new one for $350 ish?
I would need to build a new front seat but I have the rear one to use as a guide. Also fix all the other missing / damaged items.
Let me know your thoughts.
Also what type of glue to repair this with? I would assume I would be gluing wood to this flimsy plastic material.

Regarding the cockpit. With the answers I got in my other thread about it, I will fix it.
Here is one pic prior to cut out.
Second pic is pieces cut out, joined together and in place in airframe.
I cut the slot by hand with a small dremel straight router bit for the carbon plate to slide into. Kept it a snug fit and Hysol in place.
This whole mount will be remove able. So to charge batteries, undo the 4 nose bolts, remove entire assembly and bring to charger.

One little note. On the turbine mount for the kingtech 140, the screws are long. If I flipped these the. They would contact the gear cover. Facing upwards they are fine but they are close to the tank. I like them because they keep the tank pushed away from the turbine. I don't like them because they almost touch the tank.
So. In the second pic hopefully you can see the tygon tubing I put over them.

Here are left side cg results. I put the pieces of the cockpit in that I had and added my iPhone and a small rattle can to add weight for rest of cockpit and pilot.
Recommended cg is 33 cm but wings are different.

Here are the right wing measurements.
This wing is the one most recommend using for cg measurements.
The right wing is set further back than the left wing.

So according to left wing cg is behind recommended point when empty and bang on when tanks full.
On right wing we are 3 cm nose heavy when full. 1 cm nose heavy when empty.
Looks like its in the range!

Started working on cock pit. Tacked it back together with thick ca and kicker.
Then used spray glue, medium cloth, thin ca and kicker to work on the underside.
Doesn't look pretty but it works well and when it's finished and painted it should be good.
I managed to get the rear seat out without damaging it. This should make it easier to copy to make another front seat.

Here is a video of the first start on diesel. First attempt the preheat pump power was too low at 17. Bumped it up to 22.
Lots of flames. All of the settings were changed to as per Barry at kingtech's post.
Will have to make some adjustments to lower flames.
Sorry for crappy video. First attempt at this and first you tube video.

Thanks fender.
That's kinda what I figured. I have the switch over pump voltage at 17 as well. I think I need to drop it a bit.
It is cold out too. -10 deg celcius. So dense air.

Still not much more progress on the Cockpit. Because it's not critical I have very little desire to get it done.
So I fixed something else!
I was not happy with the saddle tank rubber bung setup. under pressure it was leaking very slightly. The original setup was a hole in the tank with the rubber stopper installed. After removing the stopper and inspecting the tank, the hole for the bung goes right over a joint in the tank. The joint in the tank has a 5mm glue ridge over the tank. This might be the reason its leaking?
Anyways here is a pic of the original setup. The second pic has the original stopper and my fix in the pics.
The box of parts that came with the jet from the previous owner has an aluminum tank insert. so my fix is to make the hole bigger and install the aluminum insert with Hysol.

Here is a shot of the enlarged hole with insert installed. Marked hole size with a sharpie pen and used a dremel to make it bigger. Rinsed tank out with Alcohol to get rid of sanding bits. The aluminum insert did not have any holes in the flange so I drilled apox 8 holes in the flange so hysol would have more to grab.
Second picture is of the new stopper setup. It's basically the old stopper but I used a larger vent tube as the original one was small and when filling the tanks, this saddle tank would bulge quite a bit.
