RE: post some pictures of your pattern plane!!
Hi all,
Isn't it surprising to see how many Prettner design are still in this thread? You still see lots of Curares of here, people use them as sports airplanes - nothing flies like them ( unless maybe an Atlas ).
For the people who have trouble reading German, and who want to find the Supra Fly 2500 plans, follow this :
www.vth.de
Katalog
Modellbau
Baupläne
Flugmodelle
Konstruktionen von Hanno Prettner
Then you will get a list of all the plans of Prettner models they have available there ( Curare, Super Sicroly, Magic, ... )
The plan of the Supra Fly 2500 costs 19 EUR + shipping.
Enjoy!

I know this thread has been inactive for a while...but I finally finished my 2M pattern design and got a pic of it....still finishing up the canopy and working on the cowling....fiberglass over foam form...
I only have a couple flights on it, but so far it is great.

Here is my newly completed conquest 7. It was framed up by Sam Turner (a friend had it in his shop for a while) and I finished it. It has a Hanno 61 in it with smaller digital servos, and weighs just shy of 7 lbs. Maiden flight tomorrow if the weather permits.
First flights yesterday in gusty conditions - man this is a smooth flying plane.

Heres a pic of my Prophecy my friends Patriot. The second is a custom design by a another friend (shown in pic) that just rolled out of the paint shop a couple of weeks ago. Best part of the sport for me is making ne friends and learning the sport with them.

Newly built Typhoon 2+2, built by my friend Dick Belden.
OS 1.60FX with stock muffler, powered by Magnum Fuel, the best dang fuel on the planet. This engine produces POWER!
Paint from Radio South matches Monokote perfectly. Futaba Digitals on all control surfaces. Spring air retracts. 8U talks to the PCM receiver.
Great plane, and I only have a few flights on it. I will be flying it in Intermediate in D7, Nor-Cal this year.
Happy Flying!
