Hi all! im thinking of getting the tt-01 as an on road car in the future and any1 mind telling me i general all about it, how much it costs and recommended hop-ups and is it a good car, im too lazy to read through the rest of this thread.also, I already have a df-02 which is based on the tt-01.

Trust me if your interested in a TT-01 its well worth reading through here the guys here know there stuff and probally get annoyed at answering the same questions []
So my advice is have a read through i bet you will find everything you need to know and more [sm=thumbup.gif]
As for prices shop around online or your nearest LHS and man theres plenty of hopups for the TT-01 [8D]

Now that it's pretty cold here in Ohio, is there anything I can do to my knuckles to keep them from breaking. When it was warm I didn't have any problems but now that it's freezing they break more frequently. Of course I'm not dogging the TT-01 as the track we use (me and my four brothers) is really a parking lot with many cement barriers that often get visited with force. Has anyone tried boiling them? Also, is there a way to just buy the knuckles and not have to get the entire parts tree? That would be great.

You could get the alluminum ones for about $10-$15US. I would just stay with plastic though, but you have to buy a whole sheet unfortunately.

Anyone locked their rear diff with hot glue? How do I exactly lock my rear diff with hot glue? Do I just open it up, pour it in, let it dry, then close it back up?

HEy guys,
Just installed my aluminum front upper and lower "A-arms". They are so tight that the servo will not move them. It's just the upper ones that are tight. I tried taking out the screw that squizzes the teflon bushing but they are still tight.. Any ideas or have you guys heard of this before?

if i remember rightly its a washer, then teflon bit, then a screw, if you have remembered the washer, the screw dont need to be super tight.

YEa that justs it though. I took the screw all the way out and it's still super tight. I even greased the crap out of it....

dont use hot glue. use silly putty or playdough first and see how you like it. If you like it after that than just use jb weld.

theres not many parts to check, so you'll find the culprit soon, my last bit of advice is to make sure the contact edges are free of little bits that should have been cut off, i use a model knife to de-burr.
