Hey Bigmik could you suggest which Tamiya Color spray can that would closely match that Lambo Polizia color?

take your pic of the police car into your LHS, and compare it to all the rattle cans, or look to the left of this chart.

Got my first ever tt-01 today!!! It's the Silvia Coppermix XB with a stick control (my LHS rocks for service, they swapped them free ). Anyway, tried it out with a few 3000 sticks, and it's bloody great. Hooked on night-time running, the lights make it stand out. Sadly some hoodies were getting close so I had to get inside before they chucked stones at it for being too cool

First upgrade- more LED's and 3500 batteries, methinks. I have a spare 17 turn lying around but it's my first decent electric, so I need to get used to the power. I've only had nikkos and a very short lived nitro 1/10's buggy that shredded its gears and there were no more parts being imported from Hong Kong for it, and it was notoriously unreliable. I may get £70 for all of my toy and that nitro thing combined, I'll say it's broken and that knowck the price down a bit, but I should be able to buy some upgrades for the tt-01 with the money.

PS- pictures to come soon hopefully.

I so close to pulling the pin and buying front and rear ball diffs, front and rear universals, carbon upper frame, adjustable a-arms, ti-rods and a few other goodies for my TT-01.

Just don't know if I should, or get more batteries.

Those may be nice to have but ask yourself, which do you need the worst. Batteries do get weaker as they age sometimes, so as I said which do you need the WORST and which one can be used the most?

I don't need either, I want both

I have batteries (matched IB3800's) and a TT-01 in perfect running order.

What do you think I need more?

I'm using Speedway Pal Slidemasters (37Rs I believe).

The rears have 10mm offset while the fronts are 7mm offset.

I ordered the TT-01 yesterday with a Duratrax Piranha charger and an SMC IB3800 battery pack. I wanted a 4200, but they were sold out. Even the Duratrax 4200's were sold out too.[:@]
Oh well, it's not like theres going to be a big difference between the 3800 and 4200.
Now to save up for another 3800.

i ran my TT-01 for the first time today, and the steering was back to front, i do have a reverse feature on my TX but i'd rather correct the servo. so i turned the other way up (opposite to what the manual says) and it doesnt fit, as the servo horn is not directly in the centre, this makes the first steering link to long [:@]

i wouldnt class the stig as a presenter, but i rate them all the same, they all have their own funny ways, and the show wouldnt work with one of them missing.
