Now I know it says 1/4 scale, but I think what he meant is anything 1/6th or bigger. The Mclearen F1 is 1/5th scale, the truck even though its on the same chassis as the Mclearen is actually 1/6th scale, due to the size difference between a SEMI TRUCK and a SPORTSCAR, but close enough huh? I cant be the only guy with big gasoline R/C, so wheres all the rest of the pictures of your large scale RC, guys and girls? I want to see em' too!

This 1/5 FG Porsche GT2 is my competition Evo II with hydraulic brakes on the front and rear and the Opel Astra is my team mate's car. We finished 1st and 2nd last year in the dutch competition.
Soon our new cars with our new look will be ready.

They are about 30" long, and 15" wide, and with a full tank of gas, I would guess 25LBS. They are pretty substantial at speed to say the least, even with 4 wheel disk brakes, it takes some real-estate to stop....I know they sell carbon fiber chassis, so I'm sure mine isnt the lightest one around, but those figures should give a good idea...

http://www.netshop.nl/shop/rc/index.html this place is GREAT. The buggy in the post above is a FG marder they have them in stock. If memory serves correctly, you can have one of these excactly as you see above for less than $750.00 with engine shipped from Holland. The quality is awesome and the only thing needed to make ready to run is servos and radio! Almost cheaper than a 1/8th scale!:stupid:

Hi Guys,
Is it so hard to find?, maybe we have too much on our site:-))
Cars > Cars fuel engine > 1:6 FG rally and of the road, but it is called a Marder !!!
A Marder shipped priority is $690.
If you have any questions: [email protected]

I found it!
I've always liked Helicopters and 1/4 scale buggies but cant do both so I'm trying to decide. Helis are just too damn expensive, difficult to fly, and it can all go down the toilet in under 1 second. 1/4 scale buggies have also been way to expensive until I saw this thread on the Marder. Now I think I may go with the Marder.
OH, what is the difference between regular shipping and priority shipping? Price and time?
Thanks

You pay a little extra for priority. Priority normally takes about 6-8 days and standard 12-18 days. Mind you, on this moment there is some delay because of the extra security on airports and customs.

Krikke Racing Team
Just finished our FG cars and tested them last Sunday on our circuit in Groningen, they were very fast and we have good faith for the competitions this season.

THanks!
There used to be a dealer in LA that carried the Pegaso line but he stopped. So now I am down to my last set of Pegaso tires. I only uses this set for show though.
I too am looking for a domestic dealer that stocks Pegaso.
PMT is supposed to come out with a new low profile tire (pre-mounted) later this year.
