Hey just wondering if many Pro Bro's were planning to go to SMALL. I want to see some of the Electric 3d planes. Need something to thrash in the back yard.

I'm going to be there, and I think that Gordo and Paul Swany are coming. Don't know about anybody else. I was going to bring a foamy, but my new motor fried so I'm sending it and the ESC back. I won't have it back in time for SMALL, but I'm sure that Gordo and Paul will bring some.

I will be there. I better, I live there!!!! I know that there are at least 2 or 3 of the Memphis Bro's that plan on being there too.

I got my little EDGEling finished, with a Norvel .074. Sweet little plane. I can't wait to fly it.

I'm going to bring my little 6 year old girl with me. This is the summer that she will be learning to fly on an electric glider. It's gonna be fun. Who knows, maybe she is a future PRO SIS in the making. I hope so.

Will be there too. Got a couple of Half-A profiles that will be there with me along with some .010 powered planes (Chipmunk and Mudbug) and a super secret itsy bitsy bird (might even be a profile)..........

Stanoo, its a 2day (friday/saturday) event. Paul and I are driving over early on Friday morn.

I checked my parts stash, and I just happen to have an extra GWS crystal........ Thanks for the generous offer. PM me your number and I'll call you if I can find the time to take you up on it.

The last that I heard, my tent was going to be the Pro Bro tent. (unless someone else would rather use theirs) I'm going to try to get there early and get a good spot. We need to get all of the Bros together if we can. Is anybody else bringing a little shade with them? I'll try to save a spot if you are. Just let me know.

I shipped Gordo one of my foamies to take to SMALL. Assuming it gets to him in time and it didn't get smashed in shipment I'm hoping he actually has time to set it up and get it to the event.

Let me know what ya'll think of it. His was the 1st detailed one I've made, and I've already changed the paint and decals to make them look better. On his, the lettering on the wings was a decal. I've changed that to black paint. My wife also talked me into making the decals on the fuse and tail larger. Mine ended up at 12 oz with all the gear, including 4 servos.

Well DARN. I sent a plane to Gordo and by the time it got to him the paint had softend the bluecore foam and it stuck together. I tried using regular spray paint, and in light coats it went on fine and did not eat the foam.

Live and learn, but that killed my plan to fund my addiction to this hobby by selling these made from bluecore.

I'm ordering a load of Yellow Ultrafoam from Troy Built. For those that were interested in these planes I'll post when they are built. Gordo did say he liked the router cuts I made.

Just got back from this event... Had a great time... Sure is fun hanging with the bros.... Got a little tired of the non 3d friendly attitude the flight line bouncer had... But all in all, we had some fun.... And got to do a lot of flying. Hopefully someone will post pics.... I should have taken some..
