I bought a REVO 3.3 off of TowerHobbies along with an OS.18TM, RPM arms/hubs, Lunsford P2 pushrods, FOC, and a handful of extra glow plugs. I ordered last night and it shipped out today! Should be here Friday. My LST has seen better days and needed more than I was willing to spend on that truck again.. Anyways, I'm excited to bash the crap out of it![>:]

(Thank god REVOpqrs and RenegadeRevo aren't regulars here anymore, they'd eat me alive)

I hear ya on the LHS asking to much lol...my LHS sells a revo 2.5 for $550!!! thats crazy when its $430 from towerhobbies

Not really. I bashed the revo a lot more, and Revopqrs was like, "I told you so."

Hope you like it. And you should love the O.S. I heard on the 3.3, the front bearing gives after about 3 gallons. 2D has a friend w/ a revo 3.3, and he is already on his 3rd engine. The front bearing just gives out. His glow plug lasted longer than his engine

yeah I was just not even going to consider giving the 3.3 a try.. Not worth the headache that comes with the territory with traxxas engines.

I have had nothing but good luck with my 3.3's. As a matter of fact I just put one in the cf revo I just built. With the trinity pipe and some handy dremel work (ports) this is one of the best engines I've owned. Just my personal experience

Looks sick dude. I'm going to have to pick up some of those badlands! I think the LST is a great truck but it's too heavy for yours and my kind of bashing..

I am right behind ya... LST man for a while and getting a Revo 2.5 this week. I dig that LST though. It will be interesting to see which one I decide to make my main ride once I have em side by side for a while. I have beat the snot out of that LST for going on a year now with only minor issues. I admit that LST's are pretty weaksauce until the staple mods are performed (RPM arms, Ti turnbuckles, gear cover, Al case covers), but now all I do is break the occasional axle carrier which are ridiculously small for the size of the truck.

You have to admit though, the first time you took that LST out of the box, you were like DAMN! I couldn't believe how big that damn thing was.

another person huh? lol.. good for you! i tried to tell you guys a long time ago. i drove my revo and lst last weekend, i dont think the lst will be out again for awhile... too big and slow! its pretty hard to impress me with a mt, especially when my 9 pound truck has the king of all big blocks!! bbbbad!
somethin else thats bbbad, the 3.3 jato! i got one a few weeks ago and all i can say is wow... i thought my revo was nuckin futs! the jato is a mad man! perfect second truck.
im paintin a lid right now for my revo... ill post it up later.

Just sold the Revo. Plan on getting another LST2 or a Muggy. I love my LST2 on the track and hated the Revo. First thing that will bother you is how often your Revo is on its lid. You'll see the light again, mark my words.

thats doubtful! and I'm NOT racing it! I bought it because of REVOpqrs's, Freez's, and Airmaxxs vids where they were going bigger than I EVER saw an LST go.. Even tried it....... Snap-crackle-pop.

lol.. another lst guy! well in on a track the lst is very forgiving... because it weighs a ton!! you have to drive a revo differently than a lst. its light and will traction roll.
but now as far as bashing goes... lst go home!! revo is your daddy! i have a lst and its lame compared to my bb revo!
this is fast!! 20/38 gearing!!

i wouldent i dorve mine for 4 hours today and broke the arial cable all the way out a stering srvo cacked shell, snapped servo conector. dude it was havock and has the fuel like ever came as ya drivin ooooo god its like hell it just wrecks ya head []

just because 2dmaxlst is a killer driver everyone thinks the lst is the best racer... that dude can race! but look at the pros, in their hands the revo is a awsome racer... i dont race, so i stay out of those kinda of "my truck is a better racer" arguements.

but lets see a lst take the kind of bashing my takes! it cant, i have a lst... both trucks are killer tho, i just prefer driving my revo. i guess i comes down to what your used to.

Yeah I'm soo wrong for buying a LIGHTER truck because with the kind of bashing I do the LST is too damn heavy. I know you are just playin but the LST vs. all crap gets old, even if it is discussed in a playful manner..
