200mm bodies on 190mm chassis,
Can they fit?, if so how do they?. off set rims im thinking. So i would need 5mm offset wheels on each side?

I don't know what the fuss is all about.
When the host TECHs out - they check the chassis - not the body here where I race.
My LHS and race tracks all around that tech and spec care about two things:
Since 190mm are quite limited, they allow 200mm. More weight, so deal with it. On the plus side, a little more protection against rubbin during racing.
On our carpet tracks, 5mm body width difference won't account for gigitty, since we all usually run indoors.
Check your head MID-COAST, WEST COAST. especially since 190mm weighs less than a 200mm body - GETREALWITH IT - REALLY? ARE YOU SEROUS?
Lame - and a MOOTPOINT if you ask me
