Nitro batterys
hey guys i have a traxxas rustler, is there a way to convert the batterys over to a rechargable pack instead of haveing to constantlly buy and replace my batterys on a regular basis? The durecells are 1.5v x 4 of them, thats 6v total, why couldnt I just install a 6v rechargable pack? Im new to the cars and still learning them a bit so any help would be great. Thanks.

Yes I think it would to, allso I would be able to monitor the energy levle a lot better, I had a bad experiance with it yesterday, I was at my local rc airplane club field running it and batterys went low and it just took off out of control. Luckly no one was out there, and it headed to the hay field and got stuck with no damage done. scared the heck out of me.

For reference, they're called "receiver packs." Search for them on hobby websites and you'll find quite a few to choose from. Figure out whether you need a flat or hump configuration and you'll be good to go.
