help me convert s400 into liFe
I read about a hyperion liFe battery that will be a direct stock replacement for my battery below, the ni cad
The benefit was you didn't need a special charger, the battery pack had an ic to use the tx charger for ni cad
Can someone link me to where you purchase the right battery for this swap?
And, how has it worked out once you left nicd? I have the 700 mah ni CD for the 72mhz s400, want longer charge hold times and to be able to have much lower self discharge

Thank you that's perfect. One last option, how about using a 3s lipo 2100 I have laying around, and just never charge it past 11.4
Even at that partial charge it matches the top voltage of the nicd with amazing duration, I think that is safe for the jrs400? Many say a full 3s lipo won't hurt, but with an 11.4 cap it should be totally safe?
