JU52 electric conversion
Hi I am new to the site.
I am building a JU52 72" from plan, which specifies a .40 engine - just one and x 2 props free running.
No weight given and no working flaps - which want to also convert.
This equates to 800 watts.
I wish to convert this too x3 brushless motors.
Question is I will need more power (batteries, servos etc)
How much more in watts will I need.
motors of say 300w each come in various Kv - do I keep the Kv as low as possible or high?
Do the props need too be contra rotating?
Help much appreciated
