If the description is right, it's incredibly cheap for such an aircraft. Will not stay long on the market.
With an aircraft like that, I think that the initial purchase price is not really the issue, but rather the cost of ownership and operation. Not just the consumables like fuel, oxygen, etc., but finding parts and someone who can work on it (jet engines, hydraulic systems, ejection seats, oxygen systems, avionics, etc.) has to be very difficult and horrendously expensive...
