Have you tried to get it off with your nail? Or maybe you can soak it in hot water for a minute....they use this method for getting tires off rims,so it might work.

I remove worn out tires by soaking the wheel and tire overnight in acetone. The next morning the tire falls right off the wheel and the glue is softened to the point of being able to wipe it off with a rag.

get CA debonder from your LHS and apply it to the parts of the glue, wait 1-2 hrs, get it off with some super-fine sandpaper or if it is really soft already, just wipe it off.
