I'm thinking about making a boat with a homelite 25cc. First, are all the Homelite 25cc's the same? Or are there differences between different years and equipment models? How many HP is a stock engine puttingn out? How about a modified one?

The 25cc engines need the bigger carb to reach their potential. I don't know about the actual horsepower but with the bigger carb I would guess that they are equivalent to the old Zenoah G23, but they are heavier.
