Default Sullivan SkyWriter (smoke pump)

Hello everyone,
Wonder how long it will run out fluid? Mine's about three minutes on 24oz tank on DA150 engine... Is that proper? I set up 95% on my transmitter for the smoke pump that give thick smoke....
What's the average time using on any smoke pump before it runs out fluid?

Thanks,

Ken

Default RE: Sullivan SkyWriter (smoke pump)

I run mine through a 3W75iUS and I get a lot of time! I probably fill my tank up with about 18oz of smoek (24oz tank) and get around 3-5 minutes!. I have minimal residue on my plane and I get tons of smoke. If you have a big mess on your plane then turn it down a little!!!
