I have used various horns over the years. Most recently Rocket city / nelson 8-32 and 10-32 "bolts" on my larger planes. I am now getting into more "aggressive" flying with the larger planes and wonder what everyone else likes and uses. I think I would feel better using something that has a larger "foot print" on the control surface. Whats everyone using ????

You cant go wrong with the nelson stuff. that most of what everybody is using.

Hi,

I have a slightly different setup over the nelson. I also bevel the extra mount piece for different angles. It has very little flex check out the attached pictures. they do not bend even with two hs5955tg servos on one mount.
The alumium horns are also threaded with lock bolts for no movement side to side, with locktight does not move also.

Nelson are the most HD that I've found on the market. The Dubro 913 are nice too. The below pic is the Nelson RCL 71 for up to 40%.
