hmmmmm this could be quite disputable according to ppl's preferences......onroad id say some sort of sirio engine...both for on-roads and off-roads.....not positive but from what ive heard they are very good......and "aftermarket" parts that would be best "bang-for-buck" would have to be..........hmmmmmmm a tuned pipe if you dont have one......bearings if u have bushings...or just a BIGGER ENGINE!!! lol but cheapest way to increase either low-end or top-end would have to be the gearing! my 2 cents

stock with an RTR? the TRX 2.5 makes an awful lot of power for its class, bu just big and beefy, the EKG .70 for cars. the most powerfull RC engines are those Zenoah racing engines of large scale airplane/heli motors

I doubt it, but don't take my word for it. I believe that it won't work because a rank for a car the end of it has to be on a side as a helicopter it has to be one top... Don't take my word for it though ask more around!!

First off what car do you have? You can't possibly fit a larger plane engine to a small model car due to space/engine/transmission restraints..and even if you did it'll just shear transmission up!

My brother has this engine..

and a few flat twins..

and one of the Saito radials also.
