Stuck bolt PLEASE READ NEED HELP
Well im putting oil into the diffs on my Hyper 7 PCR, last night i did the front one, and today when i came to the center, there are 6 bolts holding on the spurgear, and they were all preatty hard to break loose, but there's one i just cant budge, and ive already beaten it up from trying so many times, and i dont want to completely ruin it and not be able to get it out, so there's gotta be something I can do to get this thing out, and i need to know soon, thanks.

RE: Stuck bolt PLEASE READ NEED HELP
go to an automotive parts store and ask them what they have for removing rusty or frozen bolts. Theyll probably recomend some stuff desighned for freeing up stuck bolts such as a rust disolver or marvel mystery oil. put this on and around the bolt as best you can. the drawback here is that this stuff isnt instantaneous it has to soak in so have patience. you could also try slowly warming the area around the stuck bolt with a hair dryer. I must warn you that I'm still a newby so take this advice with caution. And again the most important aspect of working on these little headaches is to have patience. I know how you feel. Im waiting on mail order parts.[:'(]

You'll want to get a rust/threadlock removal compound.is the spurgear metal? If No then make sure that you get one that will not harm plastic although it will probabaly not be as effective. Even letting some graphite or silicone based lubricant soak in for an hour or so might help. If worse comes to worse you may find yourself using an EZout. If the screw is already beaten up you will need to replace it anyway.
