I don't think you should worry so much about that problem. That board had many, many hours on it and if it was the crystals' solder connections that is inevitable over time with something that creates that much vibration. Anything could come loose from that. I had plenty of warning about those intermittent failures so I wasn't about to fly it as high as I have before. I really shouldn't have flown it for that video showing how it was acting up but I wanted everyone to see what it was doing and hear what it sounded like as a reference in case theirs ever did it. That board has been to hell and back and I hope it still works after this second fatal crash. [:'(]

But do you get to call them "tension stabilizer bands" if you do? I think we should get K-mart to come out with a box of 100 "Tension Stabilizer Bands (Rubber, General Purpose)" for a buck...then there's no question.

Apparently you can pay $119.95 USD for the SAVS camera mount and it will be $59.95 USD to rewire the camera harness of your eyecam extreme from DFI
