Tell us where you are!
Hi Guys,
Just for fun, I have created a group for all Draganflyers in the world. Go to this link
http://www.frappr.com/draganflyers
and just map your position on the globe (google world map)!
Tell us where you are! Could be interesting to know in which part of the world you fly your DF
A+
Martin

RE: Tell us where you are!

Add a picture of it (your DF) or a aerial shot taken with the DF of the place you fly... or a picture of you
It's just for fun and it could be cool to see if someone flying this marvellous thing lives near you...

Well, 2 x DFII in Canberra, Australia
Just picked up the second one recently - a severe crash in the local Canberra Convention Centre from about 30 feet onto stair hand railing below has my first looking a little bent up, but still flying. Should see the board. Talk about bent. But not broken. In fact the only thing that broke was the 10 cent 'Wendys' custom clear dome, and my pride as I watched it go splat. Updated frame unhurt.
Good to have a second one in the cupboard. Always has been my favourite unusual flying machine.

RE: Tell us where you are!
I wrote my own map app a while back (http://www.tamiyaclub.com/map.asp) , needs a revamp now as its a bit slow with so many members listed and compared to google maps a little featureless but its proved a useful tool, so the idea is worth sticking with. On my site I added a 'add yourself to the map' link to the bottom of my signature which I think helped a lot.
