4* 60 CG help.
Hello all, I hope this is not to stupid a question. The manual says to measure back from the leading edge for CG check, but the leading edge is rounded so how do you guys do it. Wrap the tape around the curve or just take it out straight and eyeball it. I'm sure this is simple to most but I just want to do it correct. Thanks for any help, Kevin Mac.

G'day Mate,
Measure from the further most point on the leading edge, back whatever you need.
A fraction either way will not hurt, so don't worry.

RE: 4* 60 CG help.
even easier than measuring, just balance the plane on the main spar. That's how i have my 4* 60 balanced and it flies great!
But to answer your question more specifically, you could use a flat piece of metal or wood stock to hold vertical on the leading edge of the wing and measure from there, or you could go with the eyeball method (my prefered method!). You shouldn't wrap the measuring tape around the curve.
hope this helps
