Default Turbine Flying in Sacramento Area?

I am going to be visiting Sacramento on a business trip; are there any flying fields in the area I can visit on Wednesday evening to see some turbine flying?

Thanks
Rich

With as windy as it has been, i doubt anybody will be flying. I have been trying to fly for nearly a week. Check out woodland davis aeromodelers. If the weather cooperates, carlos is usually out giving instruction in the PM's. I may make my way out if it is ok. Nick

Hello pantherflyr,
I made it out here, staying at the Marriot Rancho Cordova, do you have any instructions to the flying field?
Thanks
Rich

Yeap! RC country is big and it has lot of airplanes hanging from the ceiling, Take a few minutes to try the sims, they're good. RC country is 15 mim away from Rancho C. on 50 west, take 50 towards Down town ( west ) and get off on 65th ave. just after Howe ave. ( you will see the smud buildings at the stop light off the freeway ) make a right on 65th to Folsom ( Folsom is after the train tracks ) and a left on Folsom stay on your right and about 3 blocks ahead.

Have fun.

PS: correction edited. Thank you.

The last post was referring to Folsom, not Folson. Just incase you're pluggin it into GPS. And, yes, you'll LOVE RC Country!

I just want to say thanks to Nick for coming out and meeting me at his local flying field yesterday; he made me feel welcomed and I appreciate that.

Great Demo Flight with your Tams F-16, that Jet Cat P-70 sure could push it around.

Maybe we will meet in the future, if you in PA sometime give me a call.
Keep those C5's flying and the pilots in line

Rich
