New to 1/4 Scale

Default New to 1/4 Scale

Well I did it....went and bought myself a Sig Cap 231ex.
Its not set up for 3 or nothin, but it sports a G 38. I bought the plane from a guy at our field, so ive seen it fly...LOOKS REAL! Anyways, when I do get some stick time on her, Ill look forward to posting, and prolly askin questions. I know its built up, adding weight, but not in an ugly way.... Thx for lookin.

Default New to 1/4 Scale

You'll have lots of fun with it. Will be heavy with a G38, but if that's ok with you then have at it. Watch the area around the landing gear, as this is prone to cracking from hard landings.

Yeah.....The gentleman who put this together was awsome. He doubled the formers, plenty light, but sturdy.
I kinda like a heavy plane, I like the way you land those. I appreciate the welcome, again.........Thanks.
