G3.5 RealFlight on Both my Computers?
I have this installed on my desktop. Can I also install on my laptop for when I travel?

as long as you have the key codes, you can put it on any computer or laptop that meets the requirements

Yep, it has to see the controller to run so which ever computer has the controller hooked up is considered the currently licensed computer.
