If you look on the side of the cooling fins of the motor, you should be able to see the screw that you striped. Try getting a small pair of needle nose plyers to turn it loose. Or even a pair of wire cutters(just to gip it good).

if you have a 1/8th inch hex wrench your willing to sacrifice, try stripping the screw completely with the 2.5 mm hex wrench, then try squashing the 1/8th inch hex into the bolt, if thats to no avail get a 3mm drill bit and drill the top off of the bolt and use vice grips or pliers to get whats left of the bolt out of the block.

What he said^^^^

There are also tools that you can use to remove stripped screws. The are basically reverse drill bits and can be found at many hobby shops or, really, anyplace that sells tools. They go by names like ez-out.

But, if you have to go the drilling route you MUST BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL not to get ANY metal shavings in the engine. That's a real quick way to trash a p/s.

hey, try a BRAND NEW ALLEN WRENCH and try to take it out, most of the times it slips because the ALLEN is worn out. it happened to me once and i almost freaked out!
or get a small drill bit that can drill through steel, same size as the bolt and just drill at the top.
