Ax10 Saddle pack
I bought the mounts for the saddle packs on the AX10 and made a saddle pack from some cells I had. The problem is that the batteries hit the inside of the tires. Do I need to get the axle extenders to widen the wheelbase to eleviate this problem or are the saddle packs from crrccrawlers smaller?

RE: Ax10 Saddle pack
I bought batteries from TCS and they work really well. Here's a link for the batts.... I also took a picture of my Ax so you can see how they fit on mine. They work great. What size batteries are you using?

Like Fisherkip, I am also having this problem... Can I run four cells instead of 6? I'm currently running GP3300 sub c matched cells. If I do, should I use a receiver battery to help power the High Torque Servo for my steering?

RE: Ax10 Saddle pack
I ran mine yesterday for about an 2 hours off and on and still has plenty of juice. I charged it for nineteen hours the night before verses quick charge. One Saddle pack would definetly get me through a Competion.
