Banging on the window of the balancing room is a dangerous pastime because balancing is not easy and the guys are often on a "short fuse" when doing it. Spartan was lucky to suffer no more than a disgruntled look!

The large Oaken doors to the Wren centre of excelence are open again tomorrow....from 10am to 4pm.
.. at least 3 people building Mk 4 kits and several people are bringing engines for repairs (labour is free on Open Day, you only pay for parts). So if you've always wanted to see what's inside a turbine, here's your chance. No need to book, no charge, just turn up on Sunday.
All the latest engines will be on show, the 44 turboprop will be run ... and best of all, a 10% discount for engine sales on Open Day. Don't miss it!
