Interestingly enough...the lad flying the 75 was taking it pretty easy power wise. The Rolls powered 757 at test weights making a "max power" takeoff will flat out shock you it's got so much power. Someone who has gotten used to flying "normal" takeoff profiles quite literally can't rotate the nose up fast enough to keep from blowing through the flap speeds during retraction. It's simply quite stunning.
