Looking at getting a set of new wheels,

just wanted to know if anyone had fitted the thunder tiger ek4 wheels to a savage x,

the wheel hex is 17mm on the ek4 rim, but will it fit without rubbing against the hub or other parts,

i`d love to see some pics also if someone has already fitted this wheel to their savage, thanks.

There are some photos of this in my gallery. You will find they are offset way too wide. The truck wander all over the place and the wheels are quite fragile and getting kind of valuable. I tried it on the X and the XL, it is really bad on the XL, just too much hanging out there. Glen

No rubbing issues, your tires and wheels will be way out there....

Was thinking they would bring the X up around the XL width,

just there`s a guy i know selling a set real cheap, rims need repainting but tires are mint,

are they real bad handling on an x chassis?

Maybe with some really fine attention to alignment, you could drive it. They are really reversed to the outside.
